Today I give you thanks for the faithfulness of your saints and for the gift of life.

St. Lawrence, faithful deacon, inspire in me the courage to serve with joy.

I entrust to you my family, those who suffer in body and in spirit, and everyone I will meet along the way.

Grant us a compassionate gaze for those in need.

Guard your Church, illuminate the world with the burning charity of the Gospel.
