Grant Us Your Light

This morning I think of those who wake up in pain or loneliness, and I entrust to You every heart searching for hope.

Merciful Father, I thank You for this new day and for the gift of life.

Bless my family and the people I will meet today.

Fill our words with kindness and our actions with peace.

Strengthen my faith and my trust in You.

Guide me so that I may bring a bit of Your light into the world.

I entrust to You my thoughts and my actions.

I trust in Your goodness and walk serenely under Your gaze.
