In the Name of John, Voice of Truth

Like clear water flowing in silence, Your light rises, Lord, in this afternoon.

I thank You for the example of Saint John the Baptist, who spent every day bearing witness to Your Truth.

Thank You for those who still today find the courage to listen to the voice of the heart and love with faithfulness and humility.

Merciful Father, renew within me the strength to bear witness.

As the hours go by, support me in bringing light and hope even through daily difficulties.

I entrust to You my thoughts and the burdens of this day.
