Merciful Father, I welcome you in this bright afternoon.

I thank you for the path I am walking, for the work of my hands, and for the perspective you give me on the world.

Renew in me, Lord, patience and strength when I struggle or doubt.

I entrust to you those who are having more difficulties in their tasks today and those who are alone in their hearts.

I pray for my relationships, that they may be signs of welcome and peace.
