Illuminate Our Steps

Merciful Father, this afternoon I entrust to you every thought and every choice of mine.

Guide my words toward truth and understanding.

Grant me strength in moments of fatigue and renew me with your presence.

Sustain my steps when the path seems uncertain.

Illuminate the decisions I must make, so that they may be filled with goodness.

Guard my mind from haste and judgment.

Jesus, remain by my side and lighten my burdens.

Grant me a heart that is attentive and able to listen.
