Renew My Strength Along the Journey

I think of the people I will meet today, of those facing struggles or living in the silence of loneliness.

Lord Jesus, I thank you for this afternoon, for every breath and for the light that still accompanies my steps.

Amid the noise of the hours I seek You, so that You may be strength in my weakness and rest in my fatigue.

Support my work, renew my courage when my heart grows weary.

Help me bring serenity where nervousness reigns, to be understanding where discomfort arises.

I trust in Your presence that turns every moment into a gift.

Protect me and those I love, keep us safe in Your love.
