Open Hands in the Afternoon

In the silence of the afternoon, I breathe in the calm that surrounds me.

Lord Jesus, accompany my steps in the fatigue and noise of today.

I thank You for Your presence, so discreet and alive among the many things to do.

Support me when I feel my strength failing.

Grant me light and patience in confusing moments.

Today I entrust to You a struggle I carry in my heart: help me find serenity on my journey.

I trust in You, who renews all my energy with Your faithfulness.

I remain listening, in the silence. 🌿

Save it if you feel it may continue to accompany you.
