Thank you for the strength that accompanies me this afternoon, where life's journey sometimes becomes heavy.

Lord Jesus, renew in me hope and patience in today's small difficulties.

I entrust to you those who work with sacrifice and those who bear a silent burden in their hearts; grant them relief and energy.

I ask you to guide my actions toward kind words and good choices, especially with those I will meet again today.

Teach me to offer comfort where there is weariness and to stay close to those who feel alone.

Renew your mercy in the world and open paths of peace and solidarity.
