Lord Jesus, thank you for the gift of this new day.

I praise you for the opportunity to live and love.

Illuminate my thoughts and choices, grant discernment to my steps.

Sustain my heart in both effort and joy.

Let me recognize goodness even in the small things.

Strengthen my faith when the path becomes uncertain.

Protect those I love, keep us all safe.
