Praise to You Who Renew the Heart

Merciful Father, this afternoon I contemplate You and thank You for the gifts that surround us.

In the light that filters through the things of everyday life, I rediscover Your presence that gives breath and hope.

Support my heart through the efforts and challenges that still await me.

Renew in me the joy of serving You and bring light to my thoughts.

I entrust to You my weariness and the people I hold in my heart.
