Sustain Me on the Journey

Merciful Father, in the heart of this afternoon I entrust myself to You.

Give new strength to my weary steps and light to my daily choices.

I entrust to You those who work with labor and those who carry hidden burdens in their hearts.

Support, Lord, the families I encounter and those who now feel alone.

Help the Church to be a living sign of Your presence among us.

Renew hope in me when my strength seems to fail.

With trust, I let myself be guided by Your good hand.
