Merciful Father, in the silence of this afternoon, I thank You for every gift I receive.

I entrust my heart and my path to You, asking for light and discernment for the choices that await me.

Sustain me in difficulties and grant me patience to face every challenge.

Renew my strength and fill my mind with serenity.

Help me, Lord, to recognize the good around me and to bring peace where I live and work.

Accompany me in my thoughts and actions.
