Merciful Father, thank you for the gift of this afternoon.

I praise you for the example of Saint Thérèse of the Child Jesus, who teaches simple trust.

Thank you for her little way of love, a sign of your great tenderness.

Grant me a humble heart, able to appreciate even the small things.
