I thank You with joy for every creature that surrounds me today, for the light and breath that sustain my journey.

Lord Jesus, in the heart of the afternoon, remind me of the simplicity and trust of St. Francis.

In moments of fatigue and fragility, teach me to recognize Your presence in the small things.

Let me bring peace where there is noise, and gentleness where hope is lacking.

Give me the strength to entrust myself to You, without fear.

Protect my heart and that of those I love, renew the simple joy in serving.

Guard my steps until evening.
