With Saint Teresa, Comfort and Healing in the Heart

Merciful Father, this afternoon I turn my mind and heart to You.

I thank You for the light and hope You give, even in difficult moments.

Through the intercession of Saint Teresa of Jesus, virgin and Doctor of the Church, I place my efforts and my weaknesses into Your hands.

Grant healing to our inner wounds, support those who feel alone and without strength.

Jesus, fill my soul with peace and trust, renew my energy.

Help me to feel Your closeness and the consolation of Your love.

I entrust myself to You with humble confidence, certain of Your mercy every day.
