Merciful Father, thank you for the gift of this new day.

Strengthen my heart and guide my every step toward goodness.

Grant serenity to the families I carry in my heart and protect those who are beginning a difficult day this morning.

Support those who suffer and enlighten those who await hope today.

Accompany me in the encounters I will have, so that I may bring Your love.

Watch over the Church and the whole world under Your merciful gaze.

Good Mother, I entrust to You every expectation and every fear.
