Light in the Fragile Evening

Thank you for every breath and for today’s journey.

In the silence that falls, Lord Jesus, I embrace life with all its fragility.

My strength is small and my hands are tired, but in You I find rest.

I entrust to You my fears and what I failed to accomplish.

Watch over my loved ones with Your kind gaze.

Grant my heart peace and forgiveness.

In the silence of the night, renew my hope.
