Thank You for This New Beginning

I thank You with joy for the gift of this new day.

Lord Jesus, thank You for every breath, for the light that opens before me.

Help me to recognize goodness even in the little things that await me.

Grant gentleness in my encounters with others and protect my steps from distractions and fears.

Strengthen my faith when the path becomes uncertain.

Watch over those I love and those in need today.
