Give Rest to My Heart

Lord Jesus, I thank You for the day You have given me.

I bring to prayer every effort and every joy that has touched me today.

I entrust to You my fears and my thoughts, asking You to grant peace to my heart.

Support me, even in small gestures, and illuminate the night with Your presence.

I ask You to protect those I love and to renew my trust for tomorrow.

This evening, fill me with Your serene light.

I surrender myself securely into Your hands.
