Resting in Your Light

At the end of this day, my thoughts rise quietly like the stars in the sky.

Lord Jesus, receive my gratitude for every breath and every encounter of today.

Protect those I love and those who feel the weight of loneliness tonight.

Grant peace to suffering hearts and support Your Church on its journey of hope.

I entrust to You my fears and my weariness.

Renew my trust in Your mercy.

Grant me a restful sleep, wrapped in Your peace.
