Hands Entrusted to Your Grace

Merciful Father, in the afternoon hours I turn to You.

Sustain my journey and renew my hope.

Bring comfort to those who carry heavier burdens than mine today.

Bless those who work hard, those seeking light on their path.

Reassure those who are alone and uplift those who feel discouraged.

Take my family under Your protection; guide us in peace.

Protect all of us and help us remain always in Your love.

Watch over us now and always.

Amen. 🌿
