Weariness that Rests in the Good Heart

Thank you for accompanying me in every step of this day, through joys and labors, through encounters and silences.

In the evening’s quiet I recognize every gift I have experienced and I welcome the gentle light that remains.

Now I entrust into your hands what I was not able to accomplish and the worries I carry in my heart.

I ask for peace in mind and body, protection during rest, and a new day in which to grow in faithfulness.

To Mary, good Mother, I entrust my thoughts and dreams.
