Merciful Father, in the quiet of this evening I entrust to you my tiredness and my thoughts.

Heal my fears with your presence.

Grant peace to my heart and rest to my mind.

Support those who carry hidden burdens and enlighten those who feel alone in the dark.

I welcome today’s fragility as an opportunity to trust in You.

Watch over my sleep and that of those I love, granting everyone hope for the dawn to come.
