Merciful Father, in this silent evening I welcome your presence.

I observe the quiet of Holy Saturday and feel the weight of waiting that fills the heart.

I entrust to you, Jesus, my weaknesses and my fears.

Transform my weariness into trust in your promise.

Illuminate my shadows with the light of your Resurrection.

Grant me peace in rest and the certainty of your love.

Watch over me and those I love this night.
