Joy of the Resurrection in the New Day

Lord Jesus,

in this morning of light

my heart opens to hope.

The stone has been rolled away,

death has been defeated,

and life rises again in You.

Awaken in me a new faith,

able to believe even when I cannot see,

able to rejoice even in doubt.

Let this day be a new beginning,

and let everything find light in You.
