In the Heart of Mercy

Thank you, good God, for the light and air of this afternoon.

Each breath reminds me that I am in Your hands, welcomed into Your infinite Mercy.

Lord Jesus, You who opened Your heart for us, look upon my smallness and give courage to my fragility.

Help me not to lose heart when my strength fails and entrust my uncertainties to Your embrace.

Let me always trust in Your renewing love, and restore my weary soul.

In You I find peace and trust.

I love to walk in Your light, today and always.
