Guidance and Strength for Today

Thank you for the gift of this new day and for the breath that awakens me.

Lord Jesus, in Your light I entrust my steps from the very dawn.

Accompany me along the way, give me the strength to remain faithful in thought and in actions.

Today I ask You to protect my heart from discouragement.

Help me to choose what is good and to recognize Your presence in others.

Support me in difficulties and make me a sign of peace.

With trust, I entrust myself to the care of the good Mother.
