Consolation and Light Along the Journey

Merciful Father, this afternoon I give you thanks for every breath and for the love that accompanies my steps.

Your gaze surrounds me and warms every hardship, giving me comfort in what I do not yet understand.

Lord Jesus, renew hope and inner peace within me.

Sustain me in difficulties and bring healing to my weary heart.

Fill the remaining hours with serenity and gentle trust.

Keep me and my loved ones under your protection.
