Guidance for Today's Journey

Merciful Father, thank You for this afternoon in which You renew my strength.

Sustain my heart in trials and grant me patience in the difficulties of everyday life.

Help me, Lord, to bring light and serenity wherever I live and work.

Grant me the wisdom to choose what is good even when I am tired.

I entrust to You all that happens today and the people I meet.

Strengthen my faithfulness in the journey that You know.

In You I trust, my God, now and always.
