Thank You for this new day You give me.

St. Mark, witness of Your Word, sustain me on today's journey.

Lord Jesus, pour peace and hope into my heart.

Give comfort to my inner wounds and lift all my burdens.

Fill me with Your mercy, so that I may face challenges with serenity.

Heal what is fragile and console those who are troubled.

I entrust my thoughts and my heart to You, certain that Your light accompanies me.

I serenely entrust myself to Your will.
