Light on My Path

As the dew quietly falls upon the earth, so I long to welcome Your presence as I awaken.

Lord Jesus, guide the steps I will take today.

Grant discernment to my heart so that I may choose what is good.

Strengthen my will in trials and give me love for those I will meet.

Make my gaze clear, ready to recognize Your hand at work.

Protect my mind from all anxiety.

I entrust to You every expectation of this day.
