Light My Steps, Lord

Merciful Father, thank you for this new day you have given me.

Fill me with light and courage to face the path ahead of me.

Guide me in my choices, help me bring hope and kindness wherever I go.

Grant me the strength not to be discouraged by difficulties, and protect my heart from all fear.

Today I wish to be faithful to goodness, trusting in Your hand.

I trust that I am never alone, because You watch over me.

Mother Mary, hold my steps within Your embrace.
