Light for Every Step

Thank you for the gift of this new day and for the breath that restores my hope.

Lord Jesus, enlighten my mind and my heart along the road I will walk today.

Guide my thoughts and direct my steps toward goodness.

For every choice that awaits me, grant me discernment.

May Your light accompany my every action, may Your peace dwell within me.

Help me to recognize Your presence in everyone I meet and in the small things.

Grant me strength and courage to face what I do not know.
