Light and Strength for Today

Today I think of those who need hope and comfort, of families facing trials, and of the faces I will meet.

Lord Jesus, I thank You for the gift of a new day.

Guide me with Your light in the steps I take.

Grant discernment to my choices, make my heart strong in the face of difficulties.

Protect those I love and those I will meet along my path.

Help me walk with trust and kindness.

To You I entrust every hope and every new beginning.
