Most Holy Trinity, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, I entrust this day that is coming to an end to You.

Thank You for every step I was able to take under Your loving gaze.

Grant my heart quiet and peace in this night.

Help me to forgive and to let go of what burdens me.

Sustain my faith when it falters, guide me with Your light even in the silence.

I entrust myself to Your mercy and embrace.
