Light and Courage with Saint Barnabas

Thank you for the light that brightens this afternoon of journey and work.

Lord Jesus, guide me as you guided Saint Barnabas on the path of faith and charity.

Grant me discernment to recognize what is good, and courage to choose the way of love.

Teach me the trust that Saint Barnabas carried in his heart.

Help me today to share hope and comfort, as he was able to do among his brothers.

Illuminate my uncertain steps and renew in me the desire to serve you with joy.

May your light shine on my path, even in the small things of everyday life.
