Light on My Path

In the morning your goodness awakens with me, like the sun embracing everything.

Lord Jesus, guide my steps on the path of trust today.

In my heart, I renew my commitment to You: in every choice, remain my light.

Give me strength to face what will come and patience for the trials I will encounter.

Once again I place myself in your hands, certain that your love upholds every beginning.

Help me to welcome with an open heart the surprises of this day.

Protect me and those I love, walk beside us until evening.
