Merciful Father, this afternoon I stop before You.

I feel the weight of my weaknesses and the challenges I face every day.

With gratitude, I thank You for every breath, for the silent beauty that accompanies my journey.

Support me, Lord, when I feel fragile.

Give new strength to my hands, refresh my mind and my heart.

Help me to recognize Your presence even in small gestures.

I entrust my struggles to You and trust in Your hope that renews.

Envelop me in Your serenity.
