New Light with John the Baptist

Thank you for this day that is born, a precious gift in my fragile hands.

Lord Jesus, like John the Baptist, open for me the way of simplicity and courage.

I feel my limitations; sometimes fatigue weighs on me.

Help me to trust in your presence that always sustains.

Transform every hesitation into steps toward the light.

Protect the small beginnings within me, make them a cradle of hope.

Illuminate my day and make it fruitful in goodness.
