Merciful Father, I thank you for this afternoon that you grant me.

In the silence of work and the voices of the day, I feel your presence sustaining me.

Saint Benedict, patron of Europe, an example of faith and courage, help me find balance and peace on my journey.

Strengthen my will when I am weary and grant me the ability to offer serenity to others.

I entrust to You my efforts and today's difficulties.

I trust that with Your help nothing will be impossible.

I remain steadfast in Your light.
