Merciful Father, this evening I entrust my weary heart to You.

Look with love upon those who felt alone today and grant peace to those who suffer without a voice.

Protect my family and those who have no home to rest in.

Shine Your light upon those who carry heavy burdens and support those who seek hope.

I entrust to You the joys and the wounds of this day.

Stay close to us in the silence of the night.

Grant us peaceful rest and Your gentle presence.

With trust, I surrender into Your hands.
